Leaders’ Assessment of Employee Engagement
A 3-hour workshop focused on discussion of the results of our proprietary assessment conducted electronically with your organization’s leaders prior to the workshop. The assessment measures your leaders’ perception of their employees’ engagement on 24 critical dimensions. An additional 3-hour workshop may be scheduled to develop an action plan that will address any issues identified as a result of the assessment.
