Career Collaborators is a practical, easy-to-use, self-paced career development program designed for people in organizations that don't have a career development program, as well as for people who may have tried self-directed career development unsuccessfully in the past. 

The Career Collaborators program, consisting of five self-paced modules and related tools, and supported by online and telephone mentoring, enables the person to successfully create and implement a three-month career action plan.
